I was born and raised in San Diego, California, and joined the U.S. Army immediately after high school, serving as an Airframe Structural Repairman on helicopters during Desert Storm. Although aviation had always been a lifelong passion, it wasn’t until later that I was able to turn that dream into reality.
In 2014, I earned my Private Pilot License, which sparked a new direction in my life and inspired me to pursue aviation full time. Over the following year, I worked diligently to earn my Certified Flight Instructor–Instrument (CFII) certificate, laying the foundation for a career in professional aviation.
Since then, I’ve accumulated thousands of flight hours across a wide range of aircraft, from the humble Aeronca Champ to the high-performance Malibu-class Pipers, King Airs, Pilatus, and the Cessna Citation Mustang. I even have the unique distinction of logging half an hour in a blimp!
Throughout my flying career, I’ve had the privilege of learning from many exceptional mentors. Today, I’m dedicated to paying it forward by sharing my knowledge, experience, and passion for aviation with others.
